Our Purpose is

To Set People Free!

Our way

We like to think of ourselves as Health Architects. We work with our patients to assist and empower them to live optimally and pain free, through the power of physical activity, nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.

About Jenny Hague

"I began practicing in 1993, after graduating from Wits University with a B.Sc. (Physio). I have run my own successful practices in primary care and occupational health for more than 20 years.

I have always had a passion for functional medicine which is a systems biology–based approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease. Each symptom you experience may be one of many contributing to your illness and this have never been more relevant than now.

Our practice is committed to continuous development so that we can remain on the forefront of patient health improvement.

Our team upholds a high standard of quality care by adopting a ‘hands on’ approach to physiotherapy assessment and treatment, while striving to keep patients pain free and to improve their overall quality of life.

Spinal conditions

With 62% of South African adults reporting consistent back pain, this is an important area of focus.

Our technology enabled systems allow for an integrated approach with a focus on hands on therapy, coached and supported, rehabilitation and prevention.

We also have a strong interdisciplinary team that we can seamlessly refer into, to ensure the very best care and support

Lifestyle Modification

Co-morbidities as a result of Chronic Diseases of Lifestyle that include Obesity, Metabolic Syndrome, Diabetes, Dyslipidemia (Abnormal blood fats) now leaves millions of people vulnerable to becoming either seriously ill or dying if they become infected with COVID-19

We have comprehensive, evidence based, medically directed programmes that utilise our technology and multi-disciplinary team to offer time and cost effective solutions

Chronic Fatigue

Chronic fatigue syndrome (or CFS) is an illness commonly characterised by the feeling of extreme tiredness.

Our approach is to use manual therapy but also to work with our interdisciplinary team to look at the 5 root causes of CFS, Gut Health, Nutritional Intake, Chronic Infections, Environment (Individual Toxicity and Hormone issues

Dry Needling

Dry Needling is primarily focused on the reduction of pain and restoration of function through the release of myofascial trigger points in muscle.

Our team are all trained and qualified to deliver this treatment.

As with all of our programmes dry needling will be used  in conjunction with manual therapy and exercise prescription .

Home Ergonomics

Human Factors/Ergonomics (HF/E) is an essential element in the management of work during crisis situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

We have seen a marked increase in patients presenting at the practice with back, neck and wrist pain, headaches and sleep disturbances to name but a few, as millions of us are now working from home, transforming kitchen tables and bedrooms into temporary home offices.

However -Poor ergonomics can make or break your work-from-home experience.

Acute Sports Injuries

Injury rehabilitation is a core expertise of our team and the immediate post injury treatment has been shown to not only reduce pain, but also allow athletes to return to competition faster.

Our philosophy of focusing on hands on manual therapy, followed by correct and appropriate prescription of rehabilitation exercises and programmes using our digital platform, produces excellent results.
